OK, to be precise Sharon didn't lose her dental implant as she announced on The Talk show. The crown that was cemented onto the implant loosened and she pulled it off. The solution is simple: recement the crown. This happens and it does not mean the dentist didn't do a good job; to be fair to everyone.
